Service Description

Not ready for personal training? Not ready for a gym? If you've never tried weights before, but you're interested, try our 12 week program that utilizes basic weightlifting movements. Get access to our workouts from your phone via TrueCoach and weekly check-ins from Owner and Coach Brittany Haag all for a $115 one time fee. 2 sets of dumbbells and a jump rope are recommended.
